Well last week was the first time we submitted our picks - and we got a whopping 81% partcipation rating which is GREAT! I am delighted that so many of you have decided to partcipate in our first year of Fantasy MuniLeague!

Another Reminder

I wanted to put another reminder out there - there is prize for the monthly winner!!! Don't you want to win the prize! :)

Picks must be submitted by tomorrow afternoon before the end of the work day.

Reminder

Hello Everyone! Remember that when you are making your picks - I need a person for each category. Each department has two categories - I need one person per category - so you will pick two people for each department. In the end, you will have submitted a list of 6 people. Rememeber to also answer the tie breaker question!!

Let the Fantasy Begin!

The rules are to have the picks sent in by the first Friday of the first full week of the month - but since I just finished getting this all together - I figure we can break the rules the first time!

Here are the categories to make your picks:

Sales

• Most prospecting calls in the month
• Most demos and/or meetings in the month

IT

• Most Managed Services/Project Management (formerly known as PSP) time logged
• Most leads generated from Tech

MuniScan

• Highest % of goal hit
• Most inches prepped

Tie Breaker = Guess the number of “leads” Alexis will generate for February

Once you have decided on your picks for each category, submit them directly to me @ kclaiborne@mccinnvoations.com. Please try to have your picks in by the end of this week (2/13).

Fantasy MuniLeague Kick Off - Overview and Rules

We are finally ready to kick of the 2009 Fantasy MuniLeague! This game will be played different from the typical fantasy leagues you have heard of because we have had to adapt it to meet MCCi's needs. Every department within the company will be able to participate and this is only possible because each department now has measurable goals and metrics that we can keep track of.

You will choose monthly picks (drafts) for two categories related to each department. Your picks will be the employees from that department and you will be able to make educated choices based on their 2008 stats. For example, the Tech Department could have picks for 1) Most Leads from Tech and 2) Most managed services recorded - you would choose one person for each category and since it is related to IT, your pick would be an IT employee.

Basic Rules:

• Must choose only one person per category
• Must choose a different person for each category
• Can only choose the same person two months in a row
• Can only choose yourself one time - must have one month pass before you can pick yourself again
• Picks must be submitted by the end of Friday of the first full business week of the month
• Points can be earned for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place
• 1st Place = 10 points
• 2nd Place = 6 points
• 3rd Place = 3 points
• There will be monthly, quarterly, and yearly winners

Winners, along with previous months stats, will be announced at the end of the day on the third business day after the last day of the previous month.
